Pathway as it is commonly known manages many facets of Councils services from compliance and policy requirements, land & property services, rates & revenue services, planning & building services, Environmental Health & protection services, and Animal services just to name a few.
BizConnect365 leverages the data stored to non-Pathway users for the purpose of assisting business related enquiries. This means that users of the system gain access to timely and relevant information quickly and can user this information to assist business to accelerate the application to permit approval process and tracks how long an application has spent in each stage.
BizConnect365 support bi-directional data flows and can publish data from BizConnect365 to Pathway, such as the business property ID, description of the enquiry, primary contact, council officer assigned to the enquiry and any other information you think is relevant.
