Payment gateways
Many systems are used across a Council, BizConnect supports system consolidation removing bespoke systems, in many cases consolidation means that a culmination of systems such as Eventbrite, Survey Monkey and Mailchimp were replaced by BizConnect for a more complete view of data relating to events and inbound and outbound communications.
The ability of integrating BizConnect to a payment gateway for collecting revenue associated to paid events was paramount in the consolidation and removes costs associated with disparate systems, importing, and exporting data between systems and reduced ticketing costs.
Payment gateways currently support are PayWay from Westpac and Zetta, more options are coming online.
