Integration

BizConnect includes the ability to send SMS messages to business contacts. These communications can be sent internally or externally and support escalation and bidirectional communications. Whether for events, applications, or permit status updates the SMS integration greatly enhances stakeholder engagement.  

All SMS messages are tracked against the relevant business and/or application so that a history of previous communications can be viewed by all council staff who have access to view the information.  

Bulk and/or automated SMS communications can be sent within BizConnect for the purposes of notifying business segments of important updates related to their area or circumstances.
